At Perfect Timing Transit, our work goes beyond transportation. As part of our Senior Independence & Engagement Platform, Mobile Community Liaisons (MCLs) play a vital role in strengthening the bond between seniors and their healthcare providers.
Each visit you make helps reduce no-shows, close care gaps, and improve outcomes for patients who need a little extra support to stay connected. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and ready to represent a purpose-driven organization, we’d love to meet you.

- Are you a Lyft or Uber driver looking to use your experience for a meaningful purpose?
- We're looking for compassionate drivers to join our team transporting seniors to their medical appointments on weekdays (M-F) between 6am and 6pm.
- Our drivers enjoy a set schedule with weekends off and a reliable hourly rate.

What You’ll Do
- Support telehealth and in-person appointments through our Bridging the Gap Outreach program.
- Provide safe, reliable transportation when needed to ensure seniors reach or return from care appointments, hospital discharges, or follow-up visits.
- Represent our healthcare partners with professionalism, warmth, and respect.
- Maintain clear communication and uphold our company values of integrity, consistency, and care.
What We Offer
- Reliable weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 6 AM–6 PM)
- Paid hourly rate with monthly phone stipend
